Agreement

By using Streem ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Streem Provides

Streem is an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers phone calls, qualifies callers, and books appointments on behalf of your business. The Service may integrate with third-party tools such as Google Calendar.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate business information during onboarding.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent the AI receptionist as a human when legally required to disclose otherwise.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service to make unsolicited robocalls or for any purpose that violates telecommunications regulations.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your business information, call data, and any content you provide. You grant Streem a limited license to use this content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar), your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. Streem is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Streem available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

Streem is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streem shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from missed calls or incorrect bookings. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, we will stop handling calls for your business. You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
